WHTB SDF
WHTB SDF is the high performance product with the double silver coating applied to clear float glass by cathodic sputtering under vacuum conditions, increasing solar control and heat insulating ability while keeping high transmittance rate as DF. And its high U value and K value make it suit to all the residential or commercial buildings. Especially in the curved tempered, WHTB SDF pursuit to high transmittance and best energy saving. It is the first priority for top grade architecture.

A high degree of neutrality both in transmission and exterior reflection

A very low g-value, which reduces solar gain by at least 30% compared to standard thermally insulating glass
An excellent U-value of 1.1W/m2k
WHTB SDF create more comfortable interiors by reducing overheating and the need for costly air conditioning, while at the same time noticeably reducing excessive heat loss.
Due to the unique property of the coatings, WHTB SDF should be tempered and used in double glazing unit. The coating must be on surface 2.

WHTB CS Series
WHTB CS is manufactured by depositing multiple layers of metallic mixture onto clear float glass by a magnetically enhanced Cathodic Vacuum Deposition (CVD) sputtering process.The production process and coating material ensures the layer ‘s solid and durability.These qualities enable this coated glass to be processed (tempered, laminated, curved and screen -printed ) while still retaining its aesthetic and technical benefits. WHTB CS can be used in single (coating inside) or double glazing, with the coating on face 2, which has better thermal insulation.
