 The machine FY-JZ2500/5000 is the supporting equipment, which is usded in the pst process of tempered glass manufacturing. It can have the glass not homogenized in internal stress self-exploded.    When start,set how much the time for homogenizing,cooling,and the top and bottom limit of temperature.Pressing the HEATING butom,all the tempreture controling process will work automatically.The temperature acquisition module can collect and exist temperature curve current or historical.The historical temperature curve can be inquired by enter any stage of time.The time curve can be print out.

Glass table bending&tempering furnace FY-CJG 
The machine’s principle: to move the glass with the mold into the machine to heat,

   The machine can produce by single and cycle furnace. When producing circularly, it’s made up one main furnace and another cooling furnace named vice furnace.   Description
It is one-part acetoxy silicone sealant. It is fast curing and permanently flexible, waterproof and outstanding weather resistant. It is suitable for sealing, repairing, glazing and mending of glass, aquarium, auto windscreen, glazing for window panels and other metal frameworks bonding.

 Where to use
They are widely used in industry, building, automotive, packaging, and business, advertisement, and family decoration. They are mainly used in joints adhesion and seal among the glass, tiles, ceramics, aluminum, and fiber glass, powder-coated and non-oily wood.

 Characteristic
1. One -part, acetoxy room temperature cure, easy to apply.
2. Excellent contact-change ability, no seasonal limited use.
3. Excellent adhesion to most building materials.         
4. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, with service life of tens of years.
5. Medium or low modulus, excellent tensile and compression restoring ability.

 Application
1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2. For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Limitations
1. Don’t use to the joints, which is hidden in earth for long time.     
2. Don’t use in areas where no moisture has.
3. Don’t use in places where have permeated grease, plasticizer or solvent such as wood permeated oil, uncured or half-cured resins, etc.
4. The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.        
5. The products have poor adhesion to concrete, marble, mirror-glass, Zn-plated materials because of corrosion produced by acetoxy sealant. In this case, please select neutral silicone sealant.

 Use limitations
ZJ-666 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:
a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.
b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)
c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping
e. To frost laden or wet surfaces
f. Surface touch the food directly
g. Easily suffer mechanical clash

 Material feature
ZJ-666 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrude at -25 to 50℃; it has an excellent compatibility with reflect glass, doubling glass, silicone hollow glass, acrylic acid, polythene and etc.

 Storage and usable life

The technical communication between suppliers and applicants are necessary for the present situation: varied sealant types, daily changing materials and the compatibilities between surface treatment and materials. Adhesion Testing
ZHIJIANG Silicone will evaluate tests about the adhesion of our products to job site or representative job site materials in standard laboratory. Results of the adhesion testing, product recommendations and surface preparation will be forwarded in writing.
Compatibility Testing
Incompatibility of glazing materials can lead to sealant discoloration and/or loss of adhesion. To help protect against these problems and to ensure compatibility, ZHIJIANG will also test and provide information on the compatibility of accessory materials (gaskets, spacers, etc.) and other ZHIJIANG Silicone sealants.
Stain Testing
Because of the staining problems that may occur with porous substrates, ZHIJIANG is willing to run laboratory tests and provide information to you on the possibility of staining occurring with the construction materials being used.

 Weatherproofing joint design
Wider joints accommodate more movement than narrow joints. When ZJ-666 is being used for wide movement joint, a minimum depth of 6 mm and a maximum 12mm sealant/substrate bond is necessary to ensure adequate adhesion. A properly designed moving joint will have a 2:1 width to depth ratio.
The expansion and contraction of joints is mainly caused by season or daily temperature changes. The designed joint width is at least double estimated movement, better quadruple to remedy errors of materials and application. All size of joints should be gotten through calculation of joint movements, especially wider joint size necessary for plastic board with higher thermal expansion rations.

 Application
Surface clean
Cleaning all grease, dirty, water, klunky sealant from surface, accessories and protective coatings and any pollutant left inside joints and sunken parts.
Metal and glass should be cleaned by two-cloth. The solvent used will be methyl ethyl ketone, tolune or xylene and observe the using rule. If for plastic, use the guided solvent from suppliers.
Depending on the condition of the surface, porous substrates may require abrasion cleaning, solvent cleaning or both. Surface must keep dry and clean. Dirties and other impurities should be blew off by non-oily compressed air or gulfed by vacuum cleaner.
Priming
It’s commonly not necessary for priming on using zhijiang silicone sealant. If recommending primer after adhesion tests pour zhijiang primer to a clean, dry, lint-free cloth and gently wipe surface till a thin film formed. Later application.
Masking
Masking tape should be used to keep excess sealant from contacting adjacent areas where it is not intended, to ensure an aesthetically pleasing job. Tool the sealant with light pressure before a skin begins to form (typically 10 to 20 minutes). Remove the masking tape before the sealant skins over.
Backer materials
Generally, three common backer rod types can be used: Open-cell polyurethane, Closed-cell polyethylene, Non-gassing polyolefin. When a backer rod cannot be positioned in a joint opening, a Teflon or polyethylene tape should be used to prevent three-sided adhesion.
Application
Install backing material or joint fillers. Set blocks, shims and tapes. Cut the nozzle of ZJ-666 and fit into gun and make extrusion diameter fit for joint. Continuous extrude sealant into joint without air forming. Care must be taken to ensure complete fill of the sealant cavity. Tool the sealant with light pressure before a skin begins to form. Make sealant surface a sunken shape using raised tool. Not use soap water for assistant. Remove the masking tape after tooling. The sealant for bottom joints should be tooled into slope to protect water accumulation. The surface of sealant should be dry and frost-free. The uncured sealant is not permitted to contact with polished granite, metal or glass to preventing a thin film formed on the substrate surface to affect the esthetic things. Use masking tape. If sealant contact with non-porous material, clean out with methyl ethyl ketone, tolune or xylene.
Sealant repair
If a sealant has failed, it is good practice to understand why it failed and decide which measure to take. To see:Whether aging of original sealant;Joint movement over the bearing ability for sealant;
Adhesion loss or incompatibility between sealant and joint material;Thickness not proper of sealant;Others.

 Handling precautions
This paper doesn’t include MSDS for product. It should be notified:
1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;
2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;
3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.
4. Not put sealant at children’s reach.

Priming

Mixture
ZJ-311 don’t need mixing and use directly.
Spreading
Spread ZJ-311 on base material with enough pressure and thickness not less than 1 millimeter.

 Note
Full cure (dry 7 days under 20℃) for ZJ-311 should be finished before applied place permits water entering into.  The adhesive surface could be painted but no recommendation for solvent based paints such as colorful enamel. If should be used, please do in site testing to prove compatibility.
No permission for wet spreading tech. NO recommendation solvent, water, cleaner or soap solution.
No permission for high chloride content disinfected area like swimming pool before consulting Zhijiang’s technician.
Application temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.

 Paint Able Property
ZJ-311 could be painted after dry with traditional method like epoxy or acrylic paints. The adhesive surface will take place reaction and soften if using high solvent content coating like luster enamel or high oily base coatings.
Coating should have similar tensile strength compared with adhesive in order to get best appearance and property. Painting could be processed after 24 hours if thickness of adhesive is less than 3 mm while painted after 48 hours if thickness more than 3mm.

 Anti Fire
ZJ-311 is not easy inflammable.
Health and Safety
No contact with eye or skin. Please contact doctor or poisoning preventing center in case of poisoning. If contact with skin, clean thoroughly 15 minutes long or look for doctor.

 Pretest Process
Zhijiang will sample all related material and do testing to decide best adhesive type and best performance to preventing any potential problems. Please ask for Zhijiang’s technician for more specifics.

Full cure (dry 7 days under 20℃) for ZJ-311 should be finished before applied place permits water entering into. The adhesive surface could be painted but no recommendation for solvent based paints such as colorful enamel. If should be used, please do in site testing to prove compatibility.
No permission for wet spreading tech. NO recommendation solvent, water, cleaner or soap solution.
No permission for high chloride content disinfected area like swimming pool before consulting Zhijiang’s technician.
Application temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.

 Paintable Property
ZJ-311 could be painted after dry with traditional method like epoxy or acrylic paints. The adhesive surface will take place reaction and soften if using high solvent content coating like luster enamel or high oily base coatings.
Coating should have similar tensile strength compared with adhesive in order to get best appearance and property. Painting could be processed after 24 hours if thickness of adhesive is less than 3 mm while painted after 48 hours if thickness more than 3mm.

 Anti Fire
ZJ-311 is not easy inflammable.
Health and Safety
No contact with eye or skin. Please contact doctor or poisoning preventing center in case of poisoning. If contact with skin, clean thoroughly 15 minutes long or look for doctor.

 Pretest Process
Zhijiang will sample all related material and do testing to decide best adhesive type and best performance to preventing any potential problems. Please ask for Zhijiang’s technician for more specifics.

ZJ-900 MSALL Sealant is one component, primer less, can be painted, high quality joint sealant based on MS polymer technology, ideal for all sealing and boding on all materials. It is solvent free, environmental protection product.

 Where to use
ZJ-900 is widely used as followings:
(1) Sealing and bonding in housing area, bus, train, elevator, air conditioner, ventilation equipment.
(2) Used for installing fixed panel frame, windowsill threshold, and suitable for sealing on all materials surface, like painted metal, glass, wood, concrete, marble, natural stone, granite, bricks, mirrors, aluminum, steel, lead, zinc, common plastics, polystyrene, polyurethane and so on.
(3) Sealing the joint of ceiling, timber, gaps of water pipe, gutter on roofs, moved rooms, container, marine.
(4) Apply for interior and exterior family decoration, like floor adhesive systems, particular for laying floor tiles.
(5) Mildew proofing, suitable for kitchen, bathroom
Notice: It is not suitable for PE, PP, and Teflon.

 Storage
It has a useable life of 12 months from the produced date when stored under dry and airy,27℃ or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened packaging.

 Application
Surface preparation
Clean all dirty, dust, loose particles by steel brush and clean all oily things with cleaning agent. All former adhesive must be cleaned out by scraping, paring, friction, jet of strong air or suitable ways. Make sure the surface be clean, free of dust and grease
Priming
Commonly it is no need of primer. In case the adhesion test requires primer, put Zhijiang primary coat on a white cloth without flock-off, then wipe the surface of the basic material. After the primary coat dry, apply the sealant.
Spreading
Spread the sealant on base material with enough pressure and thickness not less than 1 millimeter if for bonding. If it is used for sealing, extrude the sealant full of the joint. And then leave to cure.

 Handling Precautions
1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;
2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;
3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.
4. Not put sealant out of children
