Glass Loading Table LW-SPT6025

1. Structural Features

For this machine, we adopt electrical push rod to tilt and pick up the glass sheet. The walking motor is used for frequency conversion of motor speed and the tilting section is self-locked to ensure the safety of tilting the glass sheet. The PLC control program is regulated through the master control cabinet concentrated by manual or automatic control and displayed on the touch panel.

Desing Feature:

Semi-automatic Lay-up Suction

Usage and Technical Parameter

The lay-up section is one of the key parts of the laminated glass production line. It should be installed in the dehumidified, thermostatic and clean room. The positioning, PVB film paving and transmission of laminated glass can be accomplished by this section.

The lay-up section is made up of three separated driving conveyors, that is, positioning conveyor I, positioning conveyor II and transitional conveyor. The whole line is controlled by PLC which features that velocity difference among washing machine, lay-up section and prepress machine could be coordinated. In real production, the speed of lay-up section and prepress machine is slower than that of washing machine, so the whole line doesn’t run at the same speed. If the production line runs at the same speed, only the slowest speed is available. In that case, it will be of low production efficiency, but frequency conversion solves this problem and improves productivity.

Automatic Pre-positioning Conveyor

Design Feature:

Self convergent technology is applied in the automatic pre-positioning machine, which ensures that the glass could be at the given position after cleaning and then picked by the suction plate.

Automatic Walking Suction

Design Feature:

The automatic walking suction lifting frame is suitable for glass bigger than 500X500mm, the vavle used in suction plate is from Germany. Each single sheet glass will be automatically sucked by the suction lifting frame after positioning, the suction plate switching is automatic. The glass laminating with PLC control is finished in lay-up section, the whole process is automatic and with high precision.

Extendable Lay-up Table

Design Feature:

The extendable lay-up table is with special design, that is, small glass could be assmebled by manual without using the sucktion plate.

PVB Film Paver-Semi automatic Line

Design Feature:

It is operated by hand and with good self locking, simple operation and safety and reliability.

Design Feature:

We adopt electric drive to pave and roll back the film, and the automatic measurement and cutting appliance for the film paver, which can calculate the required length of the PVB film accurately and cut the film at the same time. The three rolls of film are laid flatly, which is convenient and easy and the film can be changed rapidly and conveniently.

2． Design Features
