SGG Insulation glass 

Insulation glass is made of two or more pcs of glass sheets and use sealant gumming glass pcs and aluminum spacers which was filled with desiccant together, Choosing SGG insulation glass, not only could get a brilliant indoor environment and meet the requirements of the fashion and style, but also could reduce the cost of energy power. Precise processed glass 

Mainly use INTERMAC MASTER imported from Italy process irregular shape glass sheets with high difficult. Could do many special process procedures, such as drilling, grind, caving, burnish and so on with excellent performance.

Tempered &Heat strengthened glasses

Tempered glass are made by forming compressive stress on the surface of the glass by heating the glass up to its intenerating temperature and then make the glass uniform cooling quickly. During the process of cooling, the exterior part of the glass is solidified because of the rapid cooling, while the interior part of the glass shrinks because of slow cooling, then forming compressive stress on the surface of the glass and tensile stress inside the glass, thus improving the intensity and heat stability of the glass.

Safety performance: Glass will appearance hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.

Strength performance: Four times more than ordinary glass.

Heat stability performance: Three times more than ordinary glass, could bear the temperature change about 200°C .

Fire resistance glass

Fire resistance glass adopt special process to promote the heat stability performance of float glass and could classify different grades in 45min to 90min range according the time against to fire and heat attack. Then this could stop the spread of fire and leave enough time to escape and put out the fire. The two surfaces of the monolithic fire glass have the same performance against to fire. It could promote the strength performance, wind resistance performance and safety performance if you use fire resistance glass in curtain wall of architecture.

Safety performance: Glass will appearance hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.

Strength performance: Six times more than float glass and  better performance comparing to tempered  glass.

Heat stability performance: Have better performance comparing to tempered glass.

Silk screen glass

The procedure of silk-screen printing building glass is printing the needed design on the glass surface with inorganic glaze which has high temperature resistance. After process of drying and agglomeration, the Silk-Screen pattern designs will be agglomerated permanently on the glass surface. For the similar process of tempered glass, silk screen printing glass has all the characteristics of toughened glass. Meanwhile, silk-screen glass is a kind of safe anti-acid and anti-alkaline decoration material

      You could choose any single color or a color combination as your wish, and this kind glass has anti-acid and anti-alkaline characters and donnot exist the problems of efflorescence and color fading. The special skill of silk-screen printing has great performance in skidproof aspect.

Laminated glass 

Laminated glass is processed with special technology under high temperature and high pressure by adding one or more layers of Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) with tough and strong binding between or among two or more glass layers. For the great binding performance, laminated glass could stop external force attack and the chips will be bind with PVB after breakage to avoid making harm to person. And even the glass could still resist attack from wind and rain in breakage status.

Advantages

       Sound reduction, the special laminated construction could reduce sound spread effectively, then that function make laminated glass has great performance in sound control, PVB also could filter and absorb ultraviolet (UV) rays 99.5% at least, so laminated glass could reduce the cost of electronic power and save energy, the effects will be better if you adopt special PVB interlayer.

Bulletproof glass

For the great toughness performance of PVB interlayer, laminated glass could bear and absorb the attack of bullet and bomb, then we could use this character of PVB to produce bulletproof glass with high quality tempered glass. This kind glass could prevent bullet puncturing and protect people out of the harm of glass chips.

Curved tempered glass  

Curved tempered glass adopt the similar process with tempered glass, but before the cooling process, using the external power bent the glass to a proper radian according the requirement, its wind pressure resistance is better than flat tempered glass and other kinds glass for the special shape. It widely use in esthetics architecture field for the beautiful appearance.
